  • No, coaching is a partnership where you are the expert on yourself and your own agenda. The coach is an expert on the coaching process, helping you find what works best for you.

  • Our process includes three simple steps: identifying your limiting ideas, shifting your perspective, and then capitalizing on your strengths. I am there to partner with you and coach the whole person, not the specific problem or just a specific outcome.

  • The purpose of the initial conversation is to build trust and cover all the necessary logistics. This includes ensuring you understand confidentiality, financial arrangements, and what the experience will be like.

  • Yes, I maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all parties involved, as agreed upon. There are specific legal conditions under which information will not be kept confidential, which are covered in the coaching agreement we’ll both finalize and sign.
